After years with another local dental office, I decided it was time to find a new practice due to the decline in customer service and overall hospitality. An unexpected insurance change turned that decision into a necessity.

I'm so glad I found Claudel Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. The dental care was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

I enjoyed my visit with the Hygienist who has a beautiful singing voice that is smooth and relaxing. Dr Madi Claudel is a wonderful dentist and very personable.

I had a great experience today with my new dentist Dr. Claude and her dental hygienist (sorry I forgot her name but she was great) They were very personable and professional. Very nice front office staff as well!

Hands down the best dental staff AND Dentist in town! Very accommodating and the hygienist are so great! Had no problem repairing my permanent retainer during a scaling instead of telling me I needed to go back to see my orthodontist! (have experienced damage to a retainer during a cleaning before and the hygienist basically just shrugged at me and left my retainer half on half protruding out of my mouth)

Dr. Claudel also recently pulled 4 of my son's teeth and he did so well with the prep thanks for their staff helping him feel so much at ease. This office is a different kind of experience, and if you are traumatized from previous dental work, you should take a chance on them. No pushy pricing… No bullying you into extra treatments. Straightforward, real, down to earth, and it's mostly all women! (I might be biased😂)

I'm very glad I scheduled an appointment here. The staff was really kind, and their attention to detail is what I would imagine separates them from your average, although I know we are blessed to have some of the best in our area. Overall, I am just glad I made the decision to schedule the appointment, since this is the same location where Dr Leblanc, my previous dentist, who is now retired, was located.
Hopefully this review could help someone, and I would highly recommend checking them out. I look forward to my next visit, and I hope everything goes well for them going forward.
